I am now on my 19th day when I started this kind of diet.  It really works for me.  I started 2nd day of May with 75kg body weight, and now I am 68kg.  I lost 7kg in less than 3 weeks by avoiding foods that is high in carbohydrates.

I am still drinking alcohol, but I am only avoiding beer.

If I am hungry I eat.  This diet is not hard.  You only have to avoid foods that is high in carbohydrates and sugar.

This is not a lifetime diet. You can stop once you achieved your weight goal.
